The room had not been cleaned well. The floors were dirty, the counters were dirty, and the bathroom/shower was dirty. The TV did not work. At breakfast they were out of most food and coffee 45 minutes before breakfast ended.
When I arrived, there was a long line of customers waiting to check in. The system was down for the keyed cards; the frobt desk clerk said the system would be down the whole weekend. The staff would have to assist each time to enter the room. I canceled my stay and did not receive a refund from the hotel or Hotel.com
reserved a mobility accessible room and was put in a room on the second floor with no elevator - room was dirty and the shower handle was broken off - was unable to get a replacement room until 1pm the next day
The Room was horrible, shower and floor was nasty. I reserved a king size bed and when I got to location they only had a double full/queen size. Everything was so ran down and old. We only got one pillow too out of a room made to accommodate 4. Staff member was apologetic and accommodated me the best they could room wise.
There were mushrooms growing in the bathroom, dead animal skeletons on handrails. They didn’t clean the room the entire time we were there! Air conditioning was leaking all over the floor! Microwave wasn’t working unless you unplugged the lamp and fridge! The bathtub didn’t drain, the towels were stained! Can in and just moved the remote, yet didn’t clean or make beds! The manager was weird and kept staring making us feel uncomfortable! Never gave us clean towels, and we had to go get toliet paper from the desk, and the tv didn’t work for two days!
Check in was good as the employee there was super friendly. At first I was given a room that didn’t have sheets and was still dirty. After changing rooms, the second one was still gross. Sheets were stains and floors were still dirty. The toilet was leaking water through the tiles and the second bed was as if a 500lbs person lived on it. We were there for one night for a road trip but I’d say never again. The owners should be ashamed but I’m sure they never show up to make sure anything is in good order and if they do they need to grow up and give a crap about their hotel.
When I got into the room there wasn’t any toilet paper. There wasn’t any towels in the room either. I had to go to the front desk and ask for both. The mattress was a little uncomfortable too.
The property was disgusting, the owner wouldnt show me my room i would be staying in i canceled before the deadline time but still got charged over a hundred dollars and didnt even stay there it was nasty
Bed was super comfortable, other than that…. Smoke detector was in a drawer of the dresser, with out a battery. No remote for the TV. Mat in bottom of shower was torn and coming up. If you are more than about 5 fort tall, stoop to get under the shower head. No soap in bathroom. Bedside table held together with masking tape. Basically no electrical outlets. Blow dryer was into. Numerous sketchy looking people all over the place.
