This hotel was okay, however if you are looking to be on the beach this hotel is not for you, the beach was far and needed a shuttle- the beach was also not kept up and has brown sand making the water appear dirty. I would not stay at this property again.

The hotel is very old. The photos on Expedia does not match what you’d expect in person. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not treat guests well. They act like they’re being bothered if you come up. In general this place must have been a great hotel 25 years ago but it’s not worth staying at. Save your money and go stay in a different city close to a Antalya . I tried calling Expedia twice to move me to a different location and a newer hotel.

+ Friendly and good service + Overall appearance clean + Versatile services at the hotel + Beach shuttle + Very cheerful cleaners - Children's cocktails poorly available - Fruit only whole - Very limited selection at the beach bar - Drinks served to the tables at the buffet restaurant We were there during the opening week so it's understandable that things are still finding their place. Renovations here and there. Help and changes were received as soon as you asked and the staff was really friendly. The swimming pools were still very cold, including the children's pools. There are so many restaurants and different places in the hotel that the impression is a bit confusing. Children's cocktails were only found on the first floor, which was disappointing because there are otherwise many restaurants by the pools. The room was clean and spacious but the bed felt like springs. We got the blankets immediately upon request. Overall good experience at the hotel and stuff:)

Our 10 day stay started with the receptionist getting upset that we didn’t book our stay through an agent and the fact we didn’t have a voucher. Not a nice welcome, and we have never had an experience like this in any previous bookings at other hotels. The room was ok, but had to little storage for the 3 people the room was made for. Since we were only 2 it was ok. The beds are way harder than European standard and needed a topper badly. The rooms got cleaned every day, which was good, but there was sand everywhere because the balcony was not cleaned, and we had to ask for toilet paper twice. All this is minor irritation, but the saddest part for us was the food. We tried two ala carte restaurants, and there were very few options. The main restaurants had a lot of options, but most dishes was local diskes or arabic dishes, and the spices was not to our taste. Our only options was salads, pasta or fried food. This was very disappointing as we had a great food experience at another resort near by last year. As for the beach it is ok that we needed to take a shuttle bus (free) or walk 5 minutes, but the beach was not so nice. There are sharp rocks in the water, so both of us got cuts on our hands, legs and feet while swimming. There are also fish or shellfish that bites where you have cuts (not the fault of the hotel). So, my conclusion is; if you are from Skandinavia, not a huge fan of local dishes or swimming pools you should select a different hotel.

Kurz gefasst -Essen konnte man nichts ohne Durchfall zu bekommen bis auf Nudeln und Pommes -mussten das Hotel für 3 Tage wechseln weil um 15 Uhr eine Stunde nach Check in das Hotel ausgebucht war (uns wurde ein Zimmer angeboten 1001 welches weder sauber gemacht wurde und im Bad hat es sehr stark gestunken und geschimmelt -Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich -Sare an der Lobby Bar war die netteste im Hotel mit den putzkräften auf den Gängen und den servicekräften beim Essen zusammen -Strand etwas weiter weg aber ein Shuttle fährt alle 15 Minuten -vom Pool habe ich jedesmal Ausschlag am Oberkörper bekommen (ich habe keine Chlor Allergie oder sonstiges) -beim Essen kann man nur drin sitzen außer man isst zum Mittag nur die Snacks von der Poolbar da kann man auch draußen sitzen -am Pool wurden wir jeden Tag nach spa und Friseur gefragt -parkprobleme man kann mit seinem Auto in der Nähe des Hotels kaum parken FAZIT ich würde das Hotel niemals wieder buchen oder weiter empfehlen da es ehr ein 3-4 Sterne Hotel ist und z.b. das crystal Waterworld Hotel dem entgegen eine 10-10 ist bis auf das es in Belek ist und man auf ein Mietwagen angewiesen ist wenn man mal weiter weg will ansonsten ist da essen,Personal,direkte strandlage und die Sauberkeit einfach perfekt gewesen

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa. Ich hatte durch die negativen Bewertungen echt Angst, dass wir ein Horror Hotel erwischt haben. Die Anlage ist groß, gepflegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Besonders die Poollandschaft und der Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, auch wenn die Einrichtung nicht mehr die neueste ist. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe! Perfekt, wenn man mal spontan etwas braucht. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Es gibt wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Auch die Familienfreundlichkeit hat uns überzeugt: Mit Kindern fühlt man sich hier willkommen, und das Personal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ich hatte bereits im Juli eine E-Mail wegen eines Late Check-outs geschickt, auf die leider nie geantwortet wurde. Vor Ort haben wir dann mehrfach nachgefragt, wurden jedoch nur vertröstet und am Ende wurde es uns trotz eines drei Monate alten Babys nicht ermöglicht. Das war wirklich schade und hätte unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt einen erholsamen Urlaub und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen. :-) mit der Hoffnung, dass der Service rund um die Kommunikation und Organisation noch verbessert wird.

Unser Aufenthalt im Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa war rundum gelungen! Besonders begeistert war ich vom leckeren Essen – es gab eine große Auswahl, die Qualität war top und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Animationen, die für viel Unterhaltung gesorgt haben, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Essen war reichlich Auswahl da. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist der Zustand des Hotels insgesamt. Renovierungsbedürftig. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Ansonsten alles super
