Excellent property to stay and amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They packed mini breakfasts for us on our early tour days. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is only a ten minute tuktuk to pub street. There is a delicious coffee shop next door. The pool is great to relax. We had a good time thank you. Also if you are solo this place is great it is very safe.

Wonderful Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Lotus Blanc. Our room was huge and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We ate at Hotel both nights. Food was amazing and reasonably priced. Breakfast was plentiful. Pool area was lovely lots of space.

Non festive New Year's eve

We really enjoyed Siem Reap. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. However, we were extremely disappointed not to be ''allowed'' out at the poolside New Year's eve celebrations to buy a drink to ring in the new year because according to staff if we were not paying for the entire dinner, we could not join ''only to buy a drink.'' As hotel guests we found it very insulting that we could not do this. It felt as if we were being forced to pay for an event that we did not wish to attend. We have never had this experience anywhere else before as all hotels prior in various countries made guests feel welcomed by having them participate in New Year's as they wish. It was the first time I was somewhere and went to bed before midnight due to this rigidity. It really ruined our otherwise excellent 4 nights/5 days stay in Cambodia, as ringing in New Year with fireworks and drinks is part of a yearly tradition we do at different hotels around the world. Very unfortunate. Note: the area is large and had lots of space to accommodate guests who chose not to participate in the 6 hour long dinner party event. Susanne
