Great location (especially if you come by car)

Great stay, spacious apartment.

Nice, spacious, comfortable and great location. We stayed four nights in the Chianti Apartment. It was a great stay. We appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, and very comfortable sleeping. It is also conveniently located a short (very short) walk to the escalator that takes you up the hill to the center of this beautiful historic city (a plus given the heat that hit Italy while we were there). The staff was also very responsive, which we appreciated. Would recommend this for anyone staying in Siena.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was perfectly clean and well appointed. The location was fabulous, across from the fountain and at the base of the escalators taking you up the hill to the cathedral. Finding the hotel is difficult. Make sure you come in from below or you will find yourself driving down tiny alleys like I did. There is no sign outside but the the hotel is directly across from the three arched grotto containing the spring/fountain. Our hostess was so kind and met us outside and helped us in with our luggage. There is parking behind the hotel but it is hard to find from the street. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing. Not luxury. We met someone to give us the key but we seemed rushed as she just wanted us to pay. The radiator and air con wasn’t working. No outside space. Property in a car park. Goid parking though. Bad instructions to find the property.

Wonderful property convenient walk to everything in the city to see and do. Was a little difficult to get to using Waze and google maps but that’s not the property’s fault. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Excellent property and would stay again if ever in the area.

Hotel excelente, exatamente como nas fotos, bem localizado, extremamente espaçoso e confortável. Com um bônus sensacional: fica ao lado de umas escadas rolantes que são um presente para te fazer chegar ao topo da cidade em minutos e te livrando de uma subida imensa a pé. Destaque especial também para a cozinha disponível, muito bem equipada e que possibilita o preparo de refeições. Certamente voltarei a me hospedar futuramente.
