The space
The Torre Villa has apartments attached to either side, both with permanent residents, and 2 apartments available to rent. The property boasts access to an endless olive grove, leading to your private pool where you can soak in the Tuscan sun and enjoy unforgettable views of the Chianti.

Montechiaro Wine Estates is a historic stately home where you can still experience the old Chianti lifestyle as it once was, slow and calm just like 300 years ago. A private idyllic retreat for the discerning traveler who wants to leave it all behind and find peace. Here, a 10th generation family still patiently grows organic grapes and olive trees.
The main Villa was built in 1760 and is still inhabited by its original owners, who preserved most of its ancient features whilst modernising the art of welcoming their discerning guests.
The Wine Estate villas are on the same grounds. You will be staying in ancient buildings that were passionately renovated just two years ago, which offer a breath-taking view of the medieval town of Siena. The historic centre is just a 15-minute drive away. No real rush here. You will take the time to breathe the seasons passing by through the wild flowers' scent. You can witness mesmerising sunsets over manicured grass leading to your private pool. The Villa grounds, the orchid gardens, the ancient greenhouse, the vineyards, the cellar and the old oil mill, la Signora Beppina and her hen house, everything here is still run in the authentic Chianti way.
The Torre Villa can be reserved entirely by groups, families, for that special weekend, or a company retreat.
We would be delighted to welcome your pet. Please inform us in advance, so we can arrange their stay just as we do yours. The estate allows one dog, with a daily supplement of €20. Your furry friend will be provided with a comfortable bed, a water bowl, and a ball to play with.

We are delighted to assist you in organizing horse rides, truffle hunting, cooking classes, private dinners in the villa and wine tatsing at our organic winery. Tailor-made tours of Tuscany and marvellous surrounding locations, often on private estates, can also be carefully organised to suit the most demanding needs.

Other things to note
In winter and early spring there is an extra charge of 40€ a day for heating.
In order to welcome you at our best, please indicate your envisaged time of arrival when you finalise your booking.

While our villa can accommodate small weddings, please note that if you're planning on doing so, additional surrounding villas must also be booked. This ensures that everyone staying can enjoy the peaceful Montechiaro estate.
