Totally renovated during the winter of 2014-15, this is our second all-new 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor Penthouse unit in beautiful "Crystal Sands" directly on the Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Beach (see photos). Designed by Sarasota's award-winning Sweet Sparkman Architects, the renovation features North Carolina pine wood and Portuguese Carrara marble floors, Bosch stainless steel kitchen and laundry appliances, quartzite counter tops and three state-of-the-art Samsung 'Smart TVs' including Pandora internet radio, fiber-optic HD cable TV and Netflix entertainment systems. The unit is also equipped with ultra-fast internet and WIFI throughout, so you can stay in touch while you relax and enjoy panoramic Gulf views from the kitchen/dining room, living room, both bedrooms and their adjoining 25-foot long screened balcony directly on Siesta Beach, with Sarasota Bay and downtown Sarasota off on the horizon.
