Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting with lush tropical landscaping and a sparkling heated pool view, this third-floor unit (with elevator access) offers a rare combination of tranquility and walkable convenience. Whether you’re picking up groceries, heading out for live music, or savoring the best clam chowder on the island at Captain Curt’s, everything you need is just a short stroll away or a free trolley ride stopping in front of the building. And when you return, impact-rated windows keep things quiet and serene while the light-filled interior welcomes you home with all the thoughtful extra - high-quality finishes, gourmet kitchen, TV's in every room, and beachy-chic style throughout. Can’t say enough positives about this stay! We really enjoyed the location and condo itself. The condo has everything you’d need (we have 3 kids under 4 years old, so we require a lot!) communication with the host was wonderful. We will definitely be staying there again!

What a tranquil location tucked away, right of Midnight Pass and close to great locations like Captain Curts! This condo was perfect for a quick weekend for our family. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. It looked just as the pictures did in the advertisement. The kitchen was well stocked for anything that you might want to cook or eat, there are beach towels provided, a wagon with boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Which was great for our family to utilize for a few days. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and location to everything else on Siesta was great. Could walk to dinner or to grab a grocery run or a coffee. Communication with our house was great, she was proactive and kind and checked in several times to make sure we were having a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This South Siesta Key property was wonderful. Our quick weekend trip was nothing short of amazing and communications with Dawn were fantastic. While there were issues with the AC / thermostat night 1, Dawn and the owners resolved the situation quickly. The condo was equipped with everything you could imagine which made our stay all the better. Would highly recommend this property!

The home was just as pictured - very clean with an excellent layout (the kitchen is beautiful and functional)! The home has everything you need to be comfortable and have a great time. It’s located on the top floor so there are no noisy neighbors above you, but there’s also an elevator to help you cart things up and down as needed and even a trash shoot to avoid hauling trash down. It’s a beautiful property in an ideal location to enjoy all Siesta Key has to offer. It’s a short walk to the beach and great local restaurants. The frog hopper will also pick you up at the property and take you to locations on the other end of the beach for tips! The property manager was extremely communicative and friendly and made sure we had an incredible stay.

We had the perfect girls’ trip at this property in Siesta Key! The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to the beach, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. Beautifully appointed apartment overlooking the pool and a short walk to the beautiful beach. It was nice to have covered parking as well. The kitchen had everything you need to make nice meals despite having an array of restaurants within walking distance. the hostess was very responsive to any questions. The apartment was spotless when we checked in. Having an elevator was great to move in and out. It was everything we needed to have a great beach vacation, including chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to transport items to the beach, as well as beach towels.

Terrific location near Captain Curts. Great space for 3 kids and 3 adults. The beach equipment provided was just right for our family. If there'sone thing that could be added would be the streaming sign in options for TV viewing as it only allowed to signin for Netflix. Dawn was great at communicating after checkin to see that everything was alright.
