True Beachfront Luxury Penthouse overlooking Crescent Beach Welcome to Florida paradise! Let our family share with you the premier unit in all the Crescent Arms gated community. Easy access on and off the Island! Our 2 bedrooms/2-bathroom penthouse condo offers guests a 180-degree breath taking, million-dollar view of one of the top beaches in the USA - Siesta Key's Crescent Beach. This beach is famous for its white, powder soft sand made from 99% quartz. For those times you might want a break from the beach, you can enjoy the year-round heated pool set amongst tropical flowers.
Our penthouse is located on the top, 7th, floor of Crescent Arms towers. Enjoy unobstructed views as you dine, drink or relax, looking north towards the Siesta Key public beach and south towards the desirable snorkeling destination at Point of Rocks. Our unit faces due west which offers a front row seat to the best nightly show in town, the sunset! Take it all in from the air-conditioned, enclosed fixed-window sunroom.
Our penthouse has two private bedrooms each with a King bed. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and flat screen television. Linens and bath towels are provided. Sliding glass doors provide access from each bedroom to the enclosed sunroom. Enjoy cable tv, free WIFI and a beautiful view as you relax the day away.
Other amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, appliances and utensils are provided. Two dining areas, one formal dining table and a more casual dining table in the enclosed sunroom overlooking the beach are available.
Everything you will need to make your vacation one to remember is right outside the front gate. Not only being steps from the beach, but you will also be a short walk away from Siesta Key's South Village featuring bars, restaurants, boat/fishing charters, beach shops, and a grocery market. Siesta Key North Village is a short drive, bike ride or free trolley ride away. You can leisurely shop for souvenirs, have a memorable dinner, cool down with some amazing ice cream or enjoy some happy hour drinks. Once you enter our private, gated community, leave your car in our secure, covered, assigned parking spot. Luggage racks and shopping carts are available for you to use to make transporting your luggage and groceries easy. On-site coin-operated laundry facilities are on each floor steps away near the elevator.
The city of Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could possibly desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art are all minutes away. Downtown Sarasota is full of restaurants, galleries and shopping, A few miles north on Lido Key is St. Armand's Circle, a destination full of trendy shopping and lots of great restaurants. Airports: Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is the closest with many direct and connecting flight options. Tampa International (TPA) and Fort Myers International
A computer and printer are available in the condo office during regular hours for guests to be able to print out boarding passes and other documents. No smoking and no pets, please!
