Absolutely stunning unit. Just remodeled and updated with all modern conveniences. Kitchen has most up-to-date appliances. Marble and granite throughout. This unit has speakers throughout the condo with an I-pod docking station that sounds incredible. This unit is located in the garden area close to the beach. You have view of the Gulf while sitting on the full patio which includes lounges, patio table, and chairs. There are three sparkling pools on the property, along with shuffleboard and BBQ. No discounts given per owner. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
