This pleasant, fully equipped holiday home offers you an exceptional view of the Signy l'Abbaye forest. The building, with an area of 400 m², features spacious and bright rooms, a 100 m² dining room, and a 60 m² lounge/bar. It is ideal for family gatherings (reunions, weddings, birthdays, communions, etc.) or get-togethers with friends (bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc.).
The house offers you:
- a 50 m² veranda
- a large 100 m² dining room
- a 60 m² lounge-bar
- a 25 m² kitchen
- 5 toilets
- 5 bathrooms
- a cold room
- 6 bedrooms, each 20 to 30 m²
- a TV lounge
The relaxation area includes a large covered and heated swimming pool (4 m x 9 m) and a jacuzzi for 6 people. This area is equipped with a toilet and a shower with access for people with reduced mobility. To enjoy the sun, a large terrace with sun loungers is at your disposal. Optionally, various massages by a professional are available for an extra fee.
