The Breakfast is good but for lunch and dinner you have to catch a tuk tuk and go to other beach.

Give this hotel a miss

Throughout my trip to Cambodia this was the hotel that cost the most and was the worst of the lot that i stayed in. I had emailed the hotel twice prior to my stay to request a quiet room, i didnt receive a response and was placed in a room above the evenings entertainment which was extremely noisy. The sheets were torn and alowared dirty and ants were found in the wash basin. I tried to explain the problem to the one member of staff in reception however she didnt understand English. Eventually i managed to get someone to contact the General Manager who kindly arranged for me to move room which i did. The hotel is rundown and urgently in need of a makeover. Loud building work was taking place at the hotel and i had not been advised of this prior to my stay.

Nice but remote place to stay

Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel. Great private beach. The only thing I didn't love was its location as it was WAY out of town. Depending on what you're there for that could be a good or bad thing.

Fine hotel but....the smell..

Hotel is....I hate to say it but, fine, if you just need some place to crash and don't mind taking a taxi into town, or to the beaches. Yes this place is riiiiight on the beach, but it's on a gross sewage-y beach. Also, I have to mention the smell in our room because it almost knocked me out each time I entered. It's fine...but I definitely do not recommend this place.

Nice, quiet, good food

The hotel is much better than the reviews I read. It's clean, modern, nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was very good, comfortable, clean, quiet and had a good view of the water. I ate 2 breakfasts and ordered dinner twice, the food was excellent. I would definitely stay again

Not for me.

I didn't enjoy my stay here. The beach had a drainage outlet next to the hotel that stank and could only be bad for swimmers. The staff weren't great and the place was soulless. Didn't seem like they knew what good service was. I like a drink now and then but didn't even go to the bar because there was Chinese karaoke every night. This one's not for Europeans or North Americans, if either, go elsewhere.

Restaurant with a view

This hotel has an amazing view from the restaurant and the breakfast buffet is even better. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant can be very inconsistent. The other draw back of this hotel is that it's also a Casino. Great if you want to gamble but good luck getting a good night sleep. They have live music in main bar that blasts music into all the near by rooms till 1 or 2 am.

There seemed to be a bit of confusion when I gave reception my print out of booking number, it took a while to check in. Buffet breakfast was average,other meals about the same. Staff very helpful and happy

Good location and hotel but could be better

This hotel is fine but doesn't use half of the potential it has in my opinion. The location is great and close to independence beach (in my opinion best beach in sihanoukville), but the architecture and the way the building sits on the land makes no sense to me. Anyway it's a good hotel for the price and we were very satisfied with the staff etc.

short stay in Sihanoukville

Overall impressions: good, despite wretched WiFi / Phone connection. Van at disposal for hotel downtown tranfer. Sporadic noise due to construction work next to hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Modern designed bar with a wide choice of cocktails and chill out background music. The Club Sandwich is first-rate !

Nice place - strange concept

Stayed 3 nights, nice room (air con, tv, fridge, nice hot shower, balcony and sea view). Great location in Victory beach which is my opinion much better than elsewhere in town. They rent fast scooters and reception is attentive. Marco Polo subsidary pizza served inside (best pizza in Cambodia in my Italian pizza eating opinion) - however no phone in room means you have to go up and down to speak to anyone, communal places have been decorated by an office manager or a plumber, the casino is ridiculously pretentious and consequently you get some interesting carachters hanging around. In short good place but lacks personal touch and for some it's enough not to return. I hear they are refurbishing soon, but who cares - that pizza is enough to bring me back!

OK place to stay - a bit far from Downtown

Pleasant Hotel.. Paid for "Superior" but got upgraded for "Deluxe with Balcony" for free.. Played $5 on the slot machine at the Casino, won $60.. Having dinner and watching sunset at the Sunset restaurant is exceptional and food is cheap too.. Here are the minuses: Hotel is a bit far from Downtown, $2 soda minibar and Internet is not stable but I hope they fix it by the next time I get there.. I RECOMMEND!

海辺に位置し　ホテルの前が海で眺め立地は最高に良い。 １階ロビーにバーが併設　その奥にカジノがある。 静かにすごしたい方には最高と思うのだが、ホテルの方は賑やかにしたいらしく 夕方になると音楽　生演奏等　大音響で夜遅くまで響かせる。部屋の位置によっては たまらないのかもしれない。　設備が良いのに残念である。　場所柄周りに何もない 夕食はホテル　または数件のレストランでとなる。

Plasseringen er håpløs om du vil utforske byen, ettersom hotellet ligger litt på utkanten, ca 10 min fra byområdet. Bodd her 2 ganger og begge gangene har rommet mitt vært skitten når jeg har sjekket inn.. Bygget er dårlig, noe man spesielt merker på badet (kun estetisk sett regner jeg med). Man blir lovet havutsikt, men de aller fleste rommene ligger slik at du må gå bort til vinduet og "lete" etter havet. Står du rett foran vinduet ser du tak, noen trær og en helikopterlandingsplass.. Rommene er relativt store. Pokerrommet var bra, hyggelige folk (stamspillere) og veldig god service. Servicen generelt på hotellet var bra når du klarte å gjøre deg forstått, engelsken deres er ikke helt på topp for å si det mildt, men det gjelder ikke bare her tror jeg. Tilbyr gratis transport til sentrum hvis minivanen deres er tilgjengelig, noe den som regel var når jeg var der. Tilbyr ikke gratis transport til flyplassen. Hotellet har en privat strand som var veldig grei. Her er det så å si ingen folk og de har solsenger man kan benytte seg av. Hvis man er interessert i å ligge på stranda om dagen og spille i kasionet om kvelden er dette et bra hotell for deg. Dersom du vil utforske byen, og ikke interesserer deg for kasino eller for mye stranding, så ville jeg bestilt et annet hotell.

Hyvä sijainti

Hienolla paikalla Victory Beachillä aivan rannalla. Suhteellisen siisti ja uudehkon oloinen hotelli. Kasino tietysti plussaa, jos sellaista kaipaa. Hyvä aamupala, jota oli mukava matustella terassilla laineiden loiskiessa vieressä. Olimme viikon ja olimme tyytyväisiä sen jälkeen, kun vaihdoimme huoneemme kalliimpaan. Meille varattu huone oli tunkkainen ja ikkunasta näkyi varasto! Maksoimme lisää ja saimme merinäköalalla ja terassilla varustetun huoneen. Alkuepisodin jälkeen olo oli lokoisaa. Skootterilla hurruutettiin joka päivä - liikenne rauhallista. Jos poliisi yrittää pysäyttää, niin älkää olko huomaavinanne - keräävät teiltä joitain dollareita jollakin verukkkeella - ei ajokorttia - kypärää tms.
