This large home has been completely renovated with all new paint, flooring, decor and furnishings. Cotten sheets on all beds and comfortable, high end mattress ensure a comfortable stay. Perfect for a large family or a combo of two families with one up/ one down as each levels have their own gathering area/ tv room and bathrooms on each level. Plenty of space to connect/ gather and then retreat to your own private areas.

The 408 Family Farmhouse is charming, peaceful, and centrally located. We had a great stay! The house is situated on a quiet street and is easy to access. Our host, Todd, was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

My family and I stayed at the 408 Farmhouse located close to downtown Siloam Springs where we were preparing food for a wedding at the Brick Ballroom in Siloam Springs. The location was perfect (close to downtown), the house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable even down to the twin beds, the bath towels were large and soft. Everything was new and the owners had done a good job at tastefully decorating and providing things that one might need for ones stay. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a fenced backyard with a deck and chairs and table on the deck so you can eat outside and the kids can play outside without worrying about them. There appears to be an apartment or another rental on the backside of the house, so we did hear occasional noises coming from the other apartment, but it was only noticeable in the evenings as the apartment appears to be above the two downstairs bedrooms. We never met the guest/tenant of the other apartment but knew someone was there. The location was close to the stores (took about 5 minutes to get to Walmart) and was in walking distance of downtown. We enjoyed our stay even though it was a busy time.
