• This suite is equipped to sleep 8 people comfortably; however, it has the capacity to sleep 9 if you utilize the sofas.

• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind.
• Separate Suite: There is a completely separate basement suite that is rented; they do not have access to the main house and vice versa.
• Crib Disclaimer (If available): Guests using a pack ’n play crib do so at their own risk. While we provide a clean and comfortable environment, we do not endorse any specific model and cannot guarantee their safety. Guests should review instructions carefully and take precautions to ensure their own safety. By using the crib, guests accept responsibility for any risks associated with its use.

- No unauthorized late check outs, please let us know if running late as a late check out fee of $75 may be applied to accommodate cleaning schedules set in advance.
