Only booked-in guests are allowed to sleep over. No unregistered people allowed to spend the night. No promiscuity at all. Guest is allowed to have visitors in the suite until 11 PM. No party, no loud music beyond reasonable limits. Pets allowed at $20. per night. Because not every guest comes driving a car the parking space fee is not included in the booking. Guests with car pay only $12, for 1-24 hour period; 2nd car $15. on a large safe concrete driveway monitored by surveillance cameras 24/7 for safety all around the property. The surrounding neighborhood is residential, quiet, and the County allows noise until 10PM. - This lodging being a family oriented accommodation allows no promiscuity.

The house is at 8829 Flower Avenue Silver Spring, MD. It is located on the corner of Flower Ave & Plymouth St. It is fenced by 6 foot tall green bushes all around. From Flower turn onto Plymouth and immediate right on the first driveway; drive in all the way near the house doors and call the host to hand you the key. As not every guest come by car so the parking fee is not included in the booking price; driving guests can park on the street if preferred; guests that wants to park on the 24/7 camera surveillance secured driveway pay a fee of $12. for 24 hours; guests can pay the parking fee to the platform, can send by Zelle to 301-404-4070, or pay cash on arrival at check-in time; 1 car fee is $12. - 2nd car $15.

Latest time is 11am; there is no need to dismantle the bed linens - the cleaning crew will do that to send to the laundry and will prepare and sterilize the suite for the next coming guest arriving after 3pm; so no need for the checking-out guests to-do anything; just to make sure not to forget and leave any belongins behind.
