Large Bedroom with Two Double Beds, 1 loveseat sofa, TV, Fridge, MW in a Family Oriented hosting. Bathroom w/ glass door enclosed shower, large sink, toilet. Comfortable for one to 4 guests - First guest $64. per night; 2nd $52; children $25. Pets allowed at $15 each per night. There is no need to go thru other rooms in the house, the private entrance door to the room is right from the concrete driveway; park near the door and walk straight in.

Visitors allowed until 11 PM. Non booked people not allowed to spend the night.
Laundry available: Washer, Dryer & Soap included at $19 first wash load, 2nd load $12.
Safe parking on large concrete driveway monitored with surveillance cameras 24/7: $9 per night paid separate; fee not included because some guests need no parking.
Washington Metro Area/Maryland/Virginia - near White House, monuments, museums, Arlington Cemetery, downtown DC & University of MD. Only 1 mile to downtown Silver Spring, Metro bus at house door, good for touring, shopping, business, schools, etc.

WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVERUNSAFE AND UNSECURED with unfettered access throughout the house to anyone staying there!! I was literally robbed of my Rolex. Police report filed but they told me that it was unlikely that I would ever see it again. I knew when I reserved this property that it was “funky” looking, NO frills property but the experience I had could not have been further from just an old-fashioned, kind of quirky, passe’ form of old home. NOT DISCLOSED: •multiple people staying at the property with FULL access to the entire home, including owner’s unit and every rented unit therein;•NO INTERNAL LOCKS ON THE UNITS AND MY ROLEX WAS STOLEN; •bathroom is SHARED; •multiple step-down levels that are not marked; and•those throw rugs you see in the picture are not attached and, as I unfortunately discovered, those rugs make for nice skis on those Terrazzo floors.
