This is a very nice hotel. Staff is awesome, great location. Our only complaints are the lighting is not great, especially in the bathroom. The goofy little fridge that doesn't really cool anything is kind of useless.

I was here as a maid of honor. Most of the staff at desk were abrupt and rude all weekend. Issues with several of those here for the wedding were dismissed as not important. However having showers not working properly as well as A/C issues in multiple rooms and areas of the hotel are a big issue. None of us would let that ruin the wedding but the hotel itself and staff were a very low point!! In fact the brides family had a 3 bedroom condo in the executive area of the hotel. When you got off the elevator with the special key it must have been atleast 80 degrees in the smaller area before heading into the hotel room. Their too 401 had an issue with the A/C. The room was 75 degrees they switched it off of heat and onto A/C but the room never got below 72 it was typically at 75 all weekend with several calls to the front desk. Also I am aware that their showers were not functioning properly which took atleast three calls to get fixed. The family made the best of it and simply requested a discount for their continued inconveniences which simple was denied by the Catherine, who was less than professional.

We Love Expedia, this hotel was not what would be expected: rain shower which they promote as a key feature did not work had to be fixed. There was a problem with the A/C throughout the hotel observed by multiple guests, staff and workers. Certain staff were great and others who are supposed to be the higher ups were very dismissive and condescending about issues with rooms instead of what would be expected from hotel staff , being polite and caring, as well as wanting to be helpful and apologetic of any issue.

The hotel was fabulous! Beautiful rooms, that were neat and clean. The restaurant/bar staff was attentive and friendly. The covered parking garage was close and easy to access. I gave it a very good rating not excellent because the desk staff, who were our first impression, were not friendly and did not share much information about the amenities and where they were located. Everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel, sketchy parking garage area.

We loved it! It took us a while to find the ice machine (only on the 2nd floor). The parking garage and back alley are a little sketch, including a couple of gang-banger looking guys smoking weed out there on Sunday night. Wasn’t sure about leaving our truck parked in that garage with items in it, but it was fine the next morning.
