Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Etagenbett. Die Zimmer sind wirklich toll. ABER der Schlafbereich liegt direkt IM Badezimmer. Das ist leider eine sehr unglückliche Aufteilung. Wer im Etagenbett schläft wird unweigerlich mit Licht bzw. Durchgangsverkehr konfrontiert. Der Service und das Personal waren immer bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist SEHR gut!

Fint och lugnt på sommartid. Området är nog mer av en vinterort men oerhört fint både hotellet och omgivningen. Kommer nog besöka vintertid i framtiden.

Natur und Idylle

Es ist sehr idyllisch. Das Hotel ist umgeben von Natur, grünen Flächen und umsäumt von Bergen. Öffnet man die Balkontür oder ein Fenster dann hört man Kuhglocken und man sieht die Kühe frei laufend, grasen. In den Sommermonaten schließen die umliegenden Restaurants schon um 18 Uhr so dass man am Abend nichts mehr unternehmen kann.

Das Design und die Lage des Hotels sind wirklich super aber leider hört es damit schon auf. Wir haben keinen deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter im Hotel angetroffen, was uns als Landessprache schon arg gewundert hat. Jegliche kleine Annehmbarkeiten, die man als Standart im Hotel erwartet haben hier gefehlt. Die Frühstücksauswahl war wirklich traurig und beim Abendessen hat es extrem lange gedauert bis das Essen nachgefüllt wurde. Wirklich schade, mit etwas mehr serviceorientierung könnte das Hotel eine gute Anlaufstelle sein, allerdings müsste hier einiges am Führungskonzept geändert werden

Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Gesamteindruck (Zustand der Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Lage, Parkplätze (Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr) etc.). Leider war die Auswahl der Speisen am Buffet (Frühstück & Abendessen) sehr limitiert und geschmacklich leider nicht gut. Wir sind einen anderen Standard der Vaya-Hotels gewohnt (Beispiel: Die Hotels in Fieberbrunn und Serfaus haben einen höheren Qualitätsstandard im Bezug auf die Vielfalt und Qualität der Speisen). Aber das ist eine Sache des persönlichen Geschmacks und sollte deshalb nicht zu hoch bewertet werden.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren modern, gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie die hervorragende Lage des Hotels. Leider war der Zimmerservice in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit zunächst nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Zimmer wird nur alle Drei Tage gereinigt, außer man gibt an der Rezeption Bescheid, dass man eine frühere Reinigung wünscht. Wir haben die Rezeption gebeten unser früher und jeden Tag zu reinigen, aber es wurden nur neue Handtücher hingelegt, was für uns enttäuschend war. Wir haben dies jedoch sofort reklamiert, und das Problem wurde umgehend behoben und wir auf ein Getränk an der Bar eingeladen. Wir haben erfahren, dass der Grund dafür wohl ein Personalmangel im Sommer ist, was natürlich verständlich ist, aber dennoch ein kleiner Minuspunkt war. Insgesamt war es aber ein toller Aufenthalt, und wir würden das Hotel trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeit weiterempfehlen.
