I was surprised there was no kettle, no breakfast bowls. The bathroom fan is very noisy and needs some maintenance. The room was excellent for the price, with a view of the sea, and two mins walk to the sandy bay with beach bars and eating facilities

All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We were there for over a week and think we had interaction with all the staff, Christina, Patricia, Alexia, Shanay and Latoya. My only suggestion would be a better equipped kitchen, i.e. strainer, serving bowls, etc.

wow, very nice and clean room, had a whole kitchen and a nice big bath with plenty of hot water. LaToya was very friendly at the check in.

Everyone staff member encountered wonderful. Easy checkin, and the room was sparkling clean. Nice clean comfortable room. Kitchenette had everything to make small simple meals. Large frig and eating table was appreciated. Small boutique hotel that made it easy to step out quickly to restaurants and shopping. Small mini mart next door, with larger supermarket just up the street between Burger King and a casino. Across the street from the larger market is a pharmacy and medical offices. I did water tours from Aqua Mania and 62 Welfare Rd Billy Bones Marina, all within a 7 minute walk. So walkable, no car was needed. Taxi service easy to get, but I only used for airport. Front desk staff were so helpful. Recommend

This is a small, lovely family run hotel with friendly, helpful staff. It was kept spotless. It is conveniently located across the street from both a clean, swimable beach and a great restaurant. Activities in Simpson’s Bay are limited to water sports and beach lolling, but transportation is readily available to go further afield.

It is a quaint hotel. Nicely done with added extras. They try very hard to Make you comfortable. There is an elevator. Air conditioning and ceiling fan work well. They even have cotton balls and qtips. Joycelyn and Christina took very good care of the room and Latoya at the front desk was very good.

A hidden Gem

A hidden gem! Friendly from checking in to check out. Large rooms, perfectly clean and personal notes and flowers all make for a fabulous day at St. Maarten hidden gem. Latoya at front desk is a huge asset, and lovely. Christine in housekeeping keeps us smiling. Great location, steps from the beach, steps from local pubs and steps from high-end restaurants, as well as groceries and shopping. I will definitely stay here again on a respite from my home on Saba.
