We had a fabulous vacation. Lots to do at the pool, plenty of beach and pool chaises and multiple beaches to enjoy. The rooms were VERY clean, the bed was amazing, and the use of a kitchenette, especially the coffee maker in the morning, and a large balcony that you did not trip over to sit down made it very comfortable to spend rest time during the day.

The property was clean and convenient. The food at the property was not good. Just so many options are in walking distance that put the resorts food to shame. We called for towels once and they never came. We ended up catching room service in the hallway at I grab them. Kids couldn’t throw football in the pool (later in the evening with only 8 other people swimming). Just didn’t feel as family friendly as advertised. Beach space was lovely.

The property is very well maintained, they have a lot of activities for the guests, the food from the pool bar (the only one I tried) was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of weed everywhere, halls, pool, beach…other than that it was amazing.

Property is great! Rooms are renovated and beach in March 2025 was phenomenal, very little rocks and not a lot of seaweed. Pelican grill is great as well (shoutout to Devon who took great care of us all week). Met a lot of friendly people who’ve been coming to this hotel for years and always loved it. I found it to be a great value hotel. If you rent a car though, the road to get to/from hotel (Billy Folly Road) needs to be replaced (very large potholes that will ruin your bumpers).

Wonderful location and beach. Hotel restaurant is okay for a quick beverage, bypass for meals. Lots of other options available that are much better. Overall, we had a great time and will return for a longer stay. We bypassed the time share presentation for beach time!
