This spacious, three-story home is perfect for families, wedding groups, or team retreats, offering plenty of room to spread out, unwind, and have fun together. Designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind, the house features multiple hangout areas, a fully finished basement game room, and a large outdoor deck ideal for gathering and grilling.

The main floor features a master bedroom with bay windows and a plush king bed, while upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms :including one with a custom-built bunk bed that sleeps 4. Downstairs, the finished basement serves as an entertainment hub, as well as a fourth sleeping area with two cozy fold out futon couches. Complete with a pool table, TV area, gaming table stocked with board games, and a classic arcade machine.

The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for cooking large meals, and opens to a spacious dining area and living space with plenty of seating. Step outside to the large deck outfitted with outdoor seating, a grill, and a fire pit perfect for enjoying Greenville’s mild evenings.
