The bathroom was not clean, the toilet seat, floor, toilet paper holder, tiles and vanity were all covered with water and the toilet was stained. The room itself was functional and roomy. You should also know that there are two flights of stairs to get to the hotel which you have to haul your suitcases up to stay - there is no lift. Staff service was good.

The property have mostly shared bathrooms. It is convenient to a lot of shops in the Bugis area. The graveyard manager, Alan is a great personality with great services.

The hotel looks bad on the outside but is clean and tidy inside. It is a good value two or three star facility. The bed in the room was like being in the top bunk or in the attic but in reality was all i needed. The room and shared bathroom were clean and adequate. Great transport outside. Recomended!

Worst bed I’ve slept in in years even with a mattress topper you could feel still feel the springs poking through, after three nights sleeping in there I struggled to walk properly. When I booked the room on Expedia, it failed to mention there was no window which is utterly unacceptable. I give this place a wide berth

The room was as expected bed ok private bathroom well appointed all at a reasonable price had to pay 80sgd to get in to room early but hayho no lift but what do you expect from a 2star hotel in singapore central

No elevator. Tough to get up and down with suitcases especially with an elderly and young kids. Staff was very accommodating. Ants were found in the units upon arrival. We made the best of it. Place is for backpackers not great for family with suitcases

Good location. I took the metro to the airport- v easy t find and use, fast and efficient and the station is just across the street. Loads of shopping and dining options. Rooms are small but ok for a short stay
