Fantastic location in Orchard, easy walking distance to the MRT and all the shopping malls. Rooms were lovely, modern and clean. Great pool and gym facilities too. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

I had an amazing stay at Ascott Orchard Singapore! The hotel was absolutely top-tier luxury from the stylish interiors to the exceptional service, everything felt premium. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Orchard, making it perfect for shopping and exploring. It is a very good location, ideal for people who may need to stay near Mount Elizabeth Hospital. I had a single room for two night business trip. The AC spews out air directly to the bed, making it very cold when I sleep. On the first night, there was some issue with the shower where there is no hot water but this was fixed. the next day.

Loved the pool ! And the view from the room was great. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work which they fixed promptly. When we came the next day there was hot chocolate for us with an apology 😊

Great location. However, for the price charged , expect better condition of the room. And expect the toilet to be in perfect condition . Some of the items on toilet a bit old and not superbly clean. Can see slight stains and for the price I paid and where it’s located, I expect more

Great location, nice clean rooms and facilities. Overall it is an amazing property with a convenient location if you want to access Orchard roads shopping district or the Mt Elizabeth Hospital which is behind the Paragon Mall. Only down side ( but a major one) during the stay was- the guest in the next room was probably smoking in his room, and after complaining about it multiple times the only solution provided by the hotel staff was a tiny air purifier in the hall way. It's not difficult to find out if someone was smoking in their room, our room and floor was non smoking so no one should be smoking there. Upon further enquiry the closes smoking area was in Heeran ( a building that was a 3-5 minutes walk away. The hotel staff did nothing about resolving this issue, apparently they were not sure who was smoking- its not rocket science- it shouldn't be that difficult to figure out as there are only a few rooms per floor.

There was no hot water 85 percent of my stay. Complained twice, first time they implied that i did not know how to use controls, second time they had me run the kitchen tap, sink tap and shower controls continuously for 5 to 10 minutes before taking a shower. This only worked 15 percent of the time. Otherwise i love the hotel.

Excellent stay

Service was professional and thoughtful. When the coffee machine in my room didn't work and I called the front desk, hotel staff came and fixed that almost immediately. The day of my checkout, the team ordered my taxi at 4:45 a.m. and called my room at 4:30 to check if I needed help with the luggage. Room is clean and up to date. Location is great with walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and public transit.
