Good value for money in great location

Stayed for 4 nights. Great location - a few minutes walk from the Rochor MRT station. Quick and easy check in. Rooms were clean - good use of storage and hanging space. Nice pool although only limited seating available there. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Nicely located between two convenient MRT stations. Walkable to many areas- Little India Raffles Arab street. Hawker street nearby. Pool and gym area and a laundry all convenient.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast costs 18 Singapore dollars per person, and what you get is absolutely ridiculous: a paper bag with a pear, yogurt, a muffin, and a dry croissant. It feels more like a lunchbox for a preschool kid than a hotel breakfast. There are no power outlets in the bathroom, and the pool area is tiny—only three sunbeds available, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this size. Our last night was a complete nightmare. Around 11 PM, a new family checked in and was extremely loud. I called the reception several times to get help. As a result, we couldn’t sleep at all. What a great example of “hospitality”—never again! This hotel clearly doesn’t care about guest comfort or service quality. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Central location spot and cheap

Was a cheap stay near everything for what we were doing, there was some loud road works going on into the night. Besides that good spot as it’s right near train station and walkable to bugis

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the staff's approach to customer service. I found their interaction to be impersonal and robotic. For example, I was repeatedly told "Our check-in time is 3 PM" without any empathy or attempt to understand my situation. Additionally, the frequent staff changes at the check-in counter forced me to repeatedly explain my room status, which was frustrating and inefficient. Overall, the staff's lack of attentiveness and the constant repetition of information created a negative and unwelcoming experience.
