I don’t hate it, I don’t like it either

The service was okay, I was told rooms will be cleaned every second day, which was done poorly. bed covers weren’t changed at all I ended up asking for bed sheets and changing them myself. Bathrooms were not cleaned at all. It looked musty, as its connect to everything. I had to run water on the bathroom floor to clean it time to time. This was so annoying. They would only take out the trash and that’s it. It’s convenient to everything which good. If you wish to have a relaxed holiday and not worry about making beds, changing your own bed covers and cleaning the bathroom yourself this isn’t the hotel for you.

This hotel is in the RED LIGHT DISTRICT area beware prior to booking!!!! My friend and I did not do our research on the area and booked this place for our grab driver to warn us to be careful as we are in red light district. Right when we arrived at the hotel and got out the car there were two men on the side walk glaring at my friend they seemed not sober so we felt extremely unsafe that we got back in the car and asked the grab driver to take us to another hotel.

No problems staying here at all. Geylang is a safe and clean place now. Staff are very helpful, especially Darren Leon who helped me navigating myself around. This place deserves more than 5 stars.

Good price for Singapore, convenient location

The rooms were new and well kept, and the location was very convenient. However the rooms were very small, and several (like the one I was assigned to) did not have any windows. I also noticed on the first night that my sheets did not look clean, there was some stain on it. They did clean and replace my sheets after a couple nights and towels were replaced daily. The hotel was close to a bus stop that has a good selection of bus routes, including a short ride to downtown. Not so easy access to MRT. Area is lively and has many restaurants nearby

You can't expect too much from a two star hotel. My room had few stains on bedsheet. In the bathroom there was no doors so after the shower half of the bathroom was wet. Good thing was MRT station is not so far away less than 1km.

Property was too far to downtown and marina- ended up taking many trains and busses daily, very inconvenient we should have done more research, so if you are looking to be where the action is find somewhere closer. Limited dining around the area that we liked, our floor was very noisy, babies crying and loud talking in the early mornings we could hear as walls are thin and can hear very well through door. Rooms are small with little storage space and walk way- the shower is pretty much overtop of the sink and toilet. Overall pretty clean and a nice little hotel for on a budget! Staff is friendly and helpful!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff were very bad, unprofessional service, discriminatory and contemptuous attitude towards customers. The room was small and cramped. They wanted to charge an extra $70 usd for an extra person to stay at their hotel. That's crazy, $70 usd for one person? They wanted to cram 3 of us into a small room with 1 queen bed for over $140 usd. Very bad, terrible experience.
