Everything looked great in terms of cleanliness, amenities, staff (very nice and professional) and the breakfast food options, what I did not appreciate are: Size of the room, I'm not a large man, but I felt claustrophobia creeping in, and the lack of air conditioning in the breakfast area. Eating and sweating before morning meetings is not desirable. Would I stay there again, not likely, unless my company mandates it. Other than that, I LOVE SINGAPORE!!!

The windows not facing West Coast Highway were much more quiet- though the staff was not able to promise a room on that side, but we did get one in the end. Discovered at least 4 to 5 small soft shell cockroaches moving around the wash basin - good thing it was after breakfast.. We were offered another room after reporting issue to staff, and fortunately the new room (also on the same quiet side) had no such issues. Breakfast was decent, though restaurant congested during peak hours (~0830).

I loved the hotel. Clean, modern and friendly staff. Only complaint is wardrobe space. There is no wardrobe. There are a few hangers but I ended up living out of my suitcase, which I struggle with for any stay over 3 days. But I would still come back here.

Good hotel, breakfast buffet is definitely the star of the show, good variety, changes daily, and all options were super tasty! The staff were all really nice, helpful and polite. The only not excellent thing is the size of the rooms, they are quite small, the toilet is right next to the bed, so even with the partition it's still quite awkward. The hotel is very well located and communicated.

Staff were super polite and helpful. The room was decent, they cleaned my room daily with fresh towels and bedsheets however they should clean the floor too. The food wasn’t the best but ok. Bus stop right outside which takes you to the main areas. The hotel is positioned in a good area, very close to Sentosa Island. Overall I’d give 4.5* -I’d stay again.

We booked this hotel as an affordable option whilst attending F1 Grand Prix, as prices in and around Marina Bay were much higher. The rooms are very compact, which we knew, but very functional. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the free breakfast was very pleasant, with a different variety of options each day. The hotel is situated outwith the centre but the bus stop directly outside the entrance serviced the city very well, with buses running every few minutes. The hotel is close to Faber park and the Cable Car ride to Sentosa Island. We went there in the daytime but would love to have see it lit up in the evening. Will be recommending this hotel to others looking to visit for future Grand Prix events.

The hotel is located in a nice place close to Vivo city and Harbour Front. It's clean and staffs are very helpful. My booking includes breakfast which is an excellent choice. One of the best breakfasts I've ever experienced. The only downside is the size of each room is quite small comparing with North America standard.
