The proximity to bus stops and MRT is a big plus. With my medication condition which requires extra help, the staff are accommodating, always polite and with a smile on their face. A minor issue is the room is always very cold even though the thermostat shows 29C. Overall my stay is very pleasant.

Fabulous hotel, great location on Orchard Rd, about a 7 min walk from the MRT. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops to eat at varying prices along Orchard Rd e.g. Starbucks, McDonalds, Shake Shack...and lots of different restaurants for a nice meal. Hotel was great and the staff were friendly. They kindly gave me an upgrade on arrival as we were celebrating 2 big birthday's so we had a higher room with a pool view. Pool was lovely with pool towels available......would have been great to have more sun loungers, but it wasn't overly busy so didn't impact us too much. We used the on sight laundry facility which was in expensive and convenient and meant we could pack less clothes. Would stay again and would recommend.

More like 3.5 but 4 would be too high. We spent 2 nights here - 23-25/12/2025 (over Christmas) Positives - It did exactly what we needed it to - a room to stay while we spent Christmas in Singapore - we were mostly out and about. - Location is great for Orchard Road - away from the hustle but right on the doorstep - Facilities were good - we used the gym and pool and then later found it had a Naturaland spa upstairs (didn't get to use it however) - Good room size - we were in a family room - Probably good value considering the location and proximity to Orchard Negatives - We moved rooms as our first one had hardly any light and a small window to a wall - Service was mixed. First night we asked for an upgrade (were happy to pay) to be told there was no availability. The next day (different person) we asked to be moved as our room was so dark and they easily found us a room (implication was there were a few rooms free) - Same guy as first night - when we enquired about breakfast he told us there were so many places just outside, no point in eating at the hotel (he mentioned McDonald's). Not sure what their breakfast was like so we did eat just around the corner at another hotel which had a great buffet breakfast

I checked in on thursday 8th Jan at about 7pm and was given a sub standard room (room 840) that looked like a forsaken room in a far away wing of the hotel. We are repeat cutomers having stayed here 3 times in the past 9 months. We were not told that the room is far away from the usual rooms and had a flight of steps. It certainly did not look like a normal hotel room we have stayed anywhere. We had 2 big bags and my husband just had a shoulder surgery. We could not lift the bags up those flight of steps. Luckily a young lady guest who was also in the same area helped get those bags up. That night we followed up with Clyde at front desk and he was excellent in customer service. He promised to get us a proper room the next day and also moved our bags across while we were out. Clyde helped make up for the poor service of the lady who checked us in. With Clyde's service standard, we will return to this hotel else, we would not return. Please thank Clyde for his superb service. Highly commendable!
