Check-in instructions were spot on and easy to follow. This old man was challenged with TV as there were many remotes and I would have loved pictures in the instruction binder that was on the table. We were talked through and it ended up working out. House was stocked with enough essentials to cover our entire stay. Had a cold snap and would love to have had a pool cover to insulate from the cold.

Host was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had both leading up to our reservation and during our stay. Home had a decent amount of supplies on hand (dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper). Beds were comfortable, smart TVs (which were fantastic for the kids) and full appliances. Pool was maintained once a week by a third party.

Overall we found this home exceptional. The little things that really made a difference include many many towels, multiple rolls of TP, pool toys, and plenty of laundry soap. Too often homes I’ve stayed in have 2 towels, one roll of TP, and minimal supplies for cleaning (dish soap, laundry soap, etc). I did rate the check in process a 4 because we never received check in instructions through the app. However, the property owner was extremely responsive and we were able to get in without problem. The only negative of the property was the overall temperature of the house. It tended to run hot and very humid, but not so much as to impact our overall trip or stay. The property owner was extremely gracious, kind, and patient. We hope to stay again soon!

This was the perfect family vacation home. the pool was warm, and lighted at night My kids swim at 8:00 in the morning and 10:00 at night. It was nice to have our own private pool, it was heated and the perfect temperature. it had a full kitchen, large TV, and easy walking to the beach. There is also a small Park Where you can drive to another Beach close by. Excellent neighborhood with higher end houses.

Check-in was super easy. The pool was a good size and the kids loved it. The beach is just a 7-minute walk away. There’s a great shopping center nearby with lots of restaurants and nightlife. We had a really good time and definitely plan to come back. Thanks, Elise!

The house was supposedly "cleaned" however it smelt of urine and there were rat droppings under the kitchen sink and elsewhere. Sincerely disappointed and would NOT stay here again.

Family gathering

Came to Florida for my nieces 50th birthday party in Palm Beach. We rented the house with other friends and family for 5 days so we could enjoy the beach. House had everything we needed and was great location for walking to restaurants and beach.

Diver's Getaway

Very convenient location close to diving, restaurants and groceries. Pool was nice to lounge by when back from diving. Large area to lay out & dry gear before packing for home. Overall great property and the house was very spacious and met all of our needs.
