From the largest balcony you look out over the largest marina on the island, also known as the 'pearl in the Delta'. From the balcony on the other side you have a view of the Krabbenkreek, where you can watch the tide of the Oosterschelde pass by from your easy chair. Here you can sit in the shade when it's very hot, and maybe you'll be lucky and even see the seals lying on a sandbank.

This apartment for 4 persons with elevator is located on the first floor of the small-scale apartment complex Vista Maris. Pets are also very welcome here, with a maximum of two. The windows of the apartment extend to the floor, so that a lot of light enters all rooms. Through the sliding doors you step onto the large balconies (a total of 27 m2) with water experience on two sides. Both bedrooms have a box spring of 180x200 cm, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. There is also a folding baby bed (60x120 cm) available. There is a TV in the bedroom on the harbor side. Waking up peacefully with a view of the water on both sides… what more could you want?

The modern interior (urban chic) has been carefully selected to make you feel right at home. The materials are high-quality and feel warm and homely. When you come home after a long day outdoors, you can relax behind the flat screen television in the living room. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and toaster. There is also a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine available. Are you taking your bike with you? The storage room on the ground floor is large and has a charging point for electric bicycles. The apartment also has one parking space and there are plenty of parking options within walking distance.
