Friendly Falls Staycation

Come stay at our cozy home away from home. There are 3 bedroom and two bathrooms for you to enjoy and come stay with family or friends!
Accommodates up to 9 people if you don't mind sleeping on the pull-out couch and air mattress! Enjoy a big backyard with a swing-set for kids, a couple flat screen tv's to catch the big game or if you are here for just a short overnight stay, we welcome you!

The house was very nice. The rooms were very comfortable. We stayed in the same property last year, there is a broken cabinet door and the drawer for the garbage does not stay closed. They were like that last year as well. Be sure to bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner as this is not provided. We enjoyed our stay very much. A very nice quiet neighborhood and perfect size property for my sisters and I.

It was a great stay. We loved the open floor plan and the larger backyard. We weren't aware it was a townhome until we were asked not to bother the neighbors because they were very stringent on the imaginary parking lines. We were happy we were close to to falls park which was amazing. We did run into a few problems on our 2 night stay: We couldn't put the trash anywhere as there was no trash bin. There were only 5 towels. The air mattress had a hole in it so the girls tried to patch it, but it slowly leaked out as they slept, and we had to purchase our own. There was only two rolls of toilet paper. Some of the dishes were dirty. There were no dish pods to use the dishwasher. There was nothing to wash the counters with. Several cabinets were falling off the hinges. If there were only two of us, this wouldn't have been a big deal, but we needed more than minimum. We were outside a lot and enjoyed the porch, but we were told to put the trash out there when it was used. We also tried to play volleyball and the grass was very long. I had to ask for the check-in information (which was provided very quickly AND we were able to check-in early. However, when we got there at 3:40, there was someone pulling weeds. We had to walk around it when we walked in. I think it is good for 2-3 people, but anything more is probably ill advised.

We did one night for shop hop and were glad we could rent for one night . Beautiful master suite, handicap accessible which was great for one of our older travelers. Will definitely rent next year if available.

House was clean. Could have used more towels in bathrooms as 1 towel per guest is no enough. Yard was mowed but landscaping has not been touched in months or years. Colunteer trees and weeds all around the house and fence. Refrigerator leaking water. Had to have a towel on the floor to keep it dry.

Weekend Trip

This was a great duplex unit centrally located between downtown and the mall shopping area. Very clean and nice. Spaces were larger than I thought they would be based on the pictures. Nice safe quiet neighborhood. Owner responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay

It was a perfect place for a sister’s weekend. Very nice neighborhood and perfect size place for our needs. Several cupboard doors were broken but did not bother us. There was no soap or shampoo in the showers so be sure to bring your own. There were ample amount of spices in the cupboard. We did not have access to extra garbage bags. Property owner was great at communicating.

Nice neighborhood, good floorplan. Check in process did not go smoothly. Maybe it was something on our end? Host/hostess's cell number would be helpful if problems arise, instead of having to communicate by going through VRBO website. Older people are not always tech savy, this was frustrating for us.

Great family time

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It provided very good space for cooking and visiting and relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet. After an initial brief hiccup, the owner was very responsive and generous. I would highly recommend others to stay here.

Beautiful home

We were travelling with 9 people and the house was big enough to accommodate everyone. It was a very clean, beautiful house. Communication with the property manager was always timely and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.
