Built in 1888, the beautiful Historic Victorian Inn is on the National Historic Registry and officially older than the state of South Dakota. Built next door to the home of South Dakota's first Senator Richard Pettigrew. This neighborhood housed the Who's Who of the founders of the City of Sioux Falls and the State of South Dakota. Walking distance from Downtown Sioux Falls and several churches this is the ideal location for weddings, dinners, receptions, family gatherings, & girls weekends.
