The rooms are renovated and lovely, the "vault" vibe for the restaurant (former bank building) is well done and nice to have on site. Old Fashioneds were very strong, and appetizers were good (not great). Parking is a challenge, especially in snowy/windy conditions, and there are some great walkable breakfast options.

Hotel itself was superb, however the hotel bar & restaurant called ‘The Treasury’ was poor. Hotel exhibited high level of customer service, but was quick to let you know it leased the bar/restaurant out to another company. Overpriced compared to multiple surrounding bars/restaurants on this active Main Street, the poor customer service here detracted from the overall Hotel Phillips experience.

The Hotel on Phillips is beautiful! We were very impressed with how clean everything was, the spaciousness of the room, and the location. We would stay here again!

The thermostat in our room was broken so it was 80 degrees the entire night. We couldn’t keep the windows open due to noise, which we understand because it’s downtown. The parking lot is also extremely small for the amount of rooms. Valet was $15!

Great location and had a great stay. They even gave us some flowers and a bottle of wine for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately our second night they had a huge party that kept us up with loud music until 2am. Called the front desk but by that time the DJ and party was out of control with obnoxious intoxicated people. We had to leave at 0600. Next time I might try the Hilton Garden Inn down the street.

There was limited parking and difficult getting into and out of the parking lot. Limited parking in the underground garage. The room was small, a queen bed, a bench by the window and one chair and foot stool was the only furniture in the room. The room did have a coffee station with a small sink. My thoughts were spending a couple hundred for a room should have been bigger instead of a mini room

I had to do a solo travel and it was Valentine's Day. They gave me a bottle of Rose' and roses in my room. The hotel was very cute and clean. The parking is limited but valet is very affordable.
