With a professionally cleaned and maintained hot tub, horse shoe pits, a foosball table, and tons of parking, this home has something for everyone in the family.

Inside you will find no lack of charm. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been updated with to suit all your needs. Featuring three living rooms, the main room boasts a beautiful stone fireplace, the loft area is great for games and movies, and downstairs is an excellent hang out spot for kids. On the main floor you will find the main living area, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen and a large bathroom, with a tile shower. To the right of the kitchen the staircase leads you up to the loft area, and next to the living room you will find the stairs that take you to the basement area, where you will find the third living area, bunk room with two large bunkbeds, and a bathroom.
There is easy access to the hot tub from the downstairs living area.

Enjoy grilling on the Blackstone flat top grill and relaxing on the second story deck.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.
