This house has recently been updated with new floor coverings, appliances, and custom, subway-tiled showers. The main living area features a large, wood-burning stone fireplace that is the perfect place to gather on cold winter days or cool summer nights. The home also houses an electric fireplace, so feel free to get cozy around it with your favorite book and catch up on some reading. Prepare everything from quick breakfasts to full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, including a beer/wine fridge. The upstairs loft has a TV with connected gaming systems and an extensive collection of movies and board games - the perfect place for the kids to hang out! Outside, this home boasts a spacious back deck with a gas grill and a grassy yard for playing cornhole. Provided bicycles for adults and children make venturing out effortless.

This home is a safe and quick walk from the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center with its pools, spa, gym, yoga studio, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. Black Butte also offers two championship golf courses and additional tennis courts, or borrow one of the provided bikes and tour BBR's miles of scenic paths. The charming town of Sisters is only 10 miles east of the ranch and offers a wide variety of shopping and dining options. And in winter, skiing and tubing is only 22 miles away at the Hoodoo Ski Area!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
