The apartment:
The HARBOUR LOFT in Sitges is located on a first floor with no lift.The decoration of the apartment is classy and elegant, with its dominating brown and ocher colors.

This one-room loft apartment has a comfortable double sofa bed and a wooden table with chairs as well as other pieces of furniture.

The open plan kitchen, also in the same space, has everything necessary for our clients to prepare their meals. Among other elements, there are ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and coffee maker.

The apartment also has a terrace with a table and chairs. The terrace offers pleasant views to the sea and to La Marina beach.

Furthermore, there is a full bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine.

The apartment is equipped with an AC unit and free fiber-optic WiFi internet for our guests' convenience.

All guests staying at the HARBOUR LOFT apartment have free access to the beautiful and well maintained communal gardens and to the pool area.

All pools are available to swim from June to September, both included. If you plan to visit us outside this period of time and having access to a pool is a must for you, please, contact us before confirming your booking to double check that the pool of your choice is ready to be used. Some pools are closed during the cooler months for maintenance works.

This is a nice apartment in a wonderful location, slightly away from the bustling center but close enough to be convenient. With a refreshing swimming pool and garden, it offers everything you need for your stay in an apartment in Sitges.

The surroundings:
Located in the residential area between the port and the Marina beach, the HARBOUR LOFT apartment is a great place to really relax and enjoy the scenery. The family friendly La Marina beach is just 2 minutes stroll and the partially nudist Balmins beach is only 5 minutes away.

The town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk. If you don´t feel like walking to the center you can always catch the convenient local bus, with a stop just by your front door.

The chic marina of Aiguadolç is just 3 minutes stroll, with its picturesque little white streets, its yachts and its elegant restaurants and cafes.

To take into account...:
Pets, parties, smoking and kids below 10 years old NOT allowed.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
