Fantastic 3-bedroom apartment on a quiet street in the beach area of San Sebastian. Just 5 minutes walk from the centre and very close to the El Vivero restaurant; a magical place to dine by the sea.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Ideal for families with children or also for couples travelling together.

The entire apartment has a beautiful wooden floor in a warm cherry tone that makes it a cozy home when you are away from home. The living-dining room is spacious and bright with a large two-seater sofa and a smart TV. It is perfect for teleworking if necessary during the holidays, with high-speed fiber internet. It has central air conditioning and heating, as well as all the comforts of a new and modern apartment. The kitchen is large and functional, with all the necessary appliances, a ceramic hob and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The rooms are located opposite the beach and restaurants, ensuring everyone can relax. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and then two other bedrooms, both with good-sized bunk beds. They share 2 full bathrooms; one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
