This elegant and bright three-bedroom apartment is located on a quiet street in the city center, just a few meters from the most prestigious and elegant shopping streets of Sitges and just five minutes walk from La Fragata beach.

Located on the second floor of a traditional building, this apartment for up to 6 people is a wonderful option to relax and enjoy the best of the city. The living room is warm and colorful, inviting guests to relax after a day exploring the neighborhood, with a comfortable green sofa and two leather armchairs adding a touch of modern elegance to the interior. It's the perfect place to share a drink or coffee with family and friends. In an almost open concept style, we flow smoothly from the seating area into the spacious dining area which features a large outdoor terrace overlooking a street with plenty of restaurants to choose from and open to all tastes from Mediterranean styles to fusion cuisine. If you prefer to enjoy dining indoors, the fantastic L-shaped kitchen will do wonders. It is fully functional with built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Beautifully designed in a vibrant palette of orange and red tones to make cooking a joyful experience. The entrance hall is wide enough to leave suitcases without blocking anyone's path. Continuing down the hall, we find a small room with a washing machine and dryer. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with large built-in wardrobes. Two of them are of the same size and have two single beds each, while the third is a master bedroom with a double bed. They all share a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, decorated with paintings and a small library. There is air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the property. Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
