The Villa is distributed as follows:
Access to the Villa by the garage (32 m2) or by the pedestrian entrance of the first floor street with access through the garage to the games room, the boiler room and the laundry room. By the marble staircase you access the second floor The second floor has a large living room of 42 mm2, a large kitchen of approx 20 m2, a triple room of about 14 m2 and a bathroom.
