ABOUT THE LOCATION:

Villa Sitges Bianca is located in the exclusive La Levantina residential area – a small hillside community overlooking Sitges, home to high-end villas in a setting of complete peace.

Thanks to its elevated position, the villa offers spectacular views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. However, a vehicle is recommended, especially during the summer months, as the climb (around 100 meters in elevation) can be demanding in the heat.

While walking from the center of Sitges is possible, the uphill section should be taken into consideration. As an alternative, many guests choose to park at the lower part of the development and walk from there. Beaches, shops, restaurants, and the center of Sitges are just 1 minute by car from the entrance of the development or a 5-minute walk.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

The villa has 4 bedrooms, accommodating families and groups (up to 12 people): 2 double beds, 4 single beds, and 4 sofa beds. It includes 4 full bathrooms and 1 additional guest toilet, as well as ample outdoor areas with terraces and pools. All areas are for the exclusive use of guests, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout the stay.

4. Cleaning Costs:

Stays up to one week: Final cleaning: €400

Stays of two weeks:

Mid-stay cleaning: 2 hours by 2 people at mid-stay, €100

Stays of three weeks:

Two mid-stay cleanings (one during week one, one during week two): €100 each

Final cleaning: €400

Stays of one month:
