Boutique house Daphne is ideal for resting, hiking and seclusion all year round
Our family mansion "Boutique House Daphne" is named after our beloved grandmother. The logo is inspired by her own handwriting.
It has three levels offering stunning views. It is located in the traditional village of "Parthenonas" as an ideal place for relaxation, combining the sea's and mountain's beauty. The romantic landscape offers a quality choice for families, couples and groups who need rest, hiking and seclusion.
It provides comfortable living all year round due to its heating system and internal hydraulic lift for disabled people.
The view of the Aegean Sea, the Kassandra peninsula, and Mount Olympus is amazing. "Parthenonas" rightfully has the most beautiful sunset of Halkidiki as it combines the romantic landscape of mountain and sea. The traditional architecture of the houses, combined with the breathtaking view, established the settlement as one of the most loved destinations for all seasons, as the settlement has all the hospitality infrastructure that includes traditional cafes and taverns.
When I lived in our family mansion, I loved the morning hours with the sunrise, drinking my coffee on the living room balcony and gazing at the endless view and the tranquillity of the surrounding natural environment.
The Boutique house has a burner with radiators and a water heater. There is a thermostat to provide independent heating per floor. The living room and all bedrooms also have inverter air conditioners. There is a hydraulic lift for easy and fast access to all floors.
Ιn the façade, the garden extends on two levels, with sod, rock garden, and saplings, while οn the ramp to the main entrance, there is a small garden, a linden tree with flowers. On the raised planting surfaces, there is an automatic watering system. All the garden is lightened up with durable bronze lamps.
Each bathroom has a different decoration with high-quality tiles, brass accessories in traditional colours, and hot and cold water faucets.
Built-in composition of BBQ, sink, and dining room with folded wooden garden furniture. Natural stone floor and covered pergola made of natural wood and reed, with lighting.
In the living room, there is a fireplace of traditional decoration with cladding in the area of the fire made of cast iron for maximum warmth in winter. The living room has inverter air conditioners along with heating as well as a telephone and WiFi.
The Boutique house has traditional-type frames with protective screens and blinds and double glass windows for absolute thermal insulation.
My favourite activities in our traditional village of "Parthenonas" are the following:
• Hiking
- A Network of paths with green routes
- The “Passage of Dragoudelis” that includes 7 routes from 2-25km ending in the "Parthenonas" square
• Beaches for Swimming in transparent waters are awarded with Blue Flags every year
• Cultural Sights
- Folklore and Historical Museum of the "Parthenonas"
- Historical Church of Agios Stephanos (1837) in "Parthenonas"
- Three-day "Parthenonas" Film Festival with free film projection at the beautiful central square of the "Parthenonas"
• Excursions
- Cruise to Agion Oros ( Holy Mount)
