Great location and great styling of furniture, very comfortable. You can walk to the airport from here and walk to searhc hospital. This place has incredible views of water and mountains and easy to even walk to town it’s just a bit farther than the airport. Wonderful all one level. Washer dryer very handy and I think this has been the best supplied rental . They had every appliance and big frig and freezer. A dishwasher and a rare sight in Sitka, air conditioning in main area. They have the deepest and biggest soaking tub and provide toiletries in case you forgot. Queen beds electronic locks and window shades in bedrooms that do keep a bulk of the late night and early morning light out until you want to have it. You get eagles. Sitting on the roof of the adjoining house about 20 feet away and a short walk gives you an expansive view of the passing whales along with fishing boats. The hosts are very responsive to questions that come up. WiFi is strong, great lighting and these hosts should be very proud of this premier property, I need a couch and now I know what couch to get. This furniture is all new and very comfortable. If you come to Sitka and a 2 bedroom is your need this place should be first on your list. I have already rebooked this place later in the year and it will remain at the top of places I recommend to travelers. You won’t be disappointed.
