Merhaba 5.kat 513 oda verildi, odanın halıları pis ve banyo kokuyordu. 503 nolu yerleri halısız odaya geçtik. Bu odada havlular kullanılmış, banyo ıslaktı. Banyo yerlerini kendimiz sildik ve 1 gece kaldık. Tv çalışmıyor, oda servisi yapılmıyor. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Sivas genelinde çoğu otel kapatıldığı için 1 gece daha Ramada da kaldık. Toplamda 2 gece suit oda da kaldık. Oda oldukça büyüktü.

People in the hotel was so friendly and nice. But we were thinking to stay in Whyndam group hotel in Sivas. When ş ask to have wine in my room, they said they don't have alcohol. I believe it is not fare not to have it in a chain international hotel. Even in islamic countries, people can find it in the chain hotels. Second issue was the walls. I could hear all voices even the breath of people in next room from my room. It was too thin and unsafe walls which l didn't like it. Third issues was the breakfast hall. It was too cold and poor breakfast. If l am asked to stay in this hotel again. My answer will be NO!

Girişteki ikramlar çok çok iyi düşünülmüş, süper fikir, kahvaltı da güzeldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardıma istekliydi. Ama önce rezervasyon yatırdığımızdan küçük bir oda verdiler, sonra içinde havlu falan olmayan bir oda verildi. Oda yeterince temiz değildi, koltuk takımı eski duruyordu. Temiz bir yer izlenimi vermedi. Dışarıdan odaya her girdiğimizde odada ağır bir koku vardı. Koridorda sökülen, kabaran duvar kağıtları vardı. Odada aydınlatma çok zayıf. Ramada'dan beklentimiz daha fazlasıydı.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde klozette bazı temizlenmeyen yerler vardı. Bence temizlik ekibi kesin bir dille uyarılmalı,daha dikkatli olması konusunda. Onun dışında oda büyüklüğü çok iyiydi,rahat bir konaklama geçirdik.Elden geçirilmesi gereken yerler var banyoda mesela.Lavabo ve bataryalar aşırı eskimiş. Yakışmıyor. Kahvaltısı çok çok iyiydi.Çeşit epey fazlaydı. Yanımızdaki misafire omlet vs isteyip istemediği soruldu ama bize sorulmadı. Orasını pek anlayamadık kahvaltıya dahil miydi değil miydi diye. Tekrar kalmayı düşünebilirim.

Gayet Şık ve Yeterli Bir Otel

Otel konum olarak biraz şehrin dışında ama yeri gayet güzel ve ferah. İç dizaynı gayet modern , hizmetler konusunda kahvaltı ve havuz imkanları bölgeye göre çok iyi. Hatta çoğu tatil merkezli otellerin kahvaltısından daha iyi olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Otelin çalışanları gayet nezaketli ve samimiydiler. Oda içi malzemeler kaliteliydi , sık bir tasarım vardı. Otelin bina yapılışı bakımından bir takım olumsuzlukları var ama ona yapılacak bir durum yok. Olumsuz olarak da , bulunduğum odada saç kurutma makinesi ve kulak çubuğu gibi materyallerin olmamasıydı. Bunlara da dikkat edilebilir. Ama resepsiyondaki arkadaşla iletişime geçince hızlı bir şekilde temin ettiler problem olmadı ama otel bunu düşünüp kendisi koyarsa hiç problem olacağını düşünmüyorum.

Oda ve banyosu çok küçüktü.Duşta su aniden kaynar gelip yakıyor sonra da aniden buz gibi oluyor.Merkezden biraz uzakta ve aldığı parayı haketmeyen bir otel.

Oda süpürülmemişti. Yerde çekirdek kabukları ve tel toka vardı. Mini buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Sigara içilebilir oda seçmemize rağmen odada küllük yoktu. Paket çay kahve servisleri yetersizdi. Çay kahve getirip bardak getirmiyorlardı. Çıkış günü resepsiyona, çıkış saatinden yarım saat-1 saat sonra çıkacağımızı söyleyip rica ettik, tamam dediler. Çıkış saati 12:00’dı, 12:30’da arayıp “Yarım saat dediniz ama..” diye hitap ettiler. Bence hoş değildi. Daha düzgün bir şekilde hitap edilebilirlerdi. Resepsiyondan odamızın temizlenmesini istedik ve küllük su paket çay kahve servislerinin yenilenmesini istedik ve dışarı çıktık ama 2-3 saat sonra geldiğimizde oda temizlenmemişti. Tekrar rica ettik ve temizlediler. Bu denli kalitede bir otelde bu durumlar gayet önemli.
