The Cocoonr agency offers this 70 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Six-Fours-les-Plages, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ and top floor (with lift), it comprises a 33 m² living room, an 18 m² covered terrace, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 33 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 18m² covered terrace facing south-west, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Water sports: paddle, jet-ski, windsurfing...
- Boat trips
- Walks along the coastal path, Gaou peninsula, Embiez island
