Keeping the price in mind, excellent. Personally I prefer the cereal and toast help yourself breakfast offered here to the greasy fried stuff in some hotels so very happy. Bed a bit spongy but perfectly fine, nice big telly, everything adequately good and amazing value.

As you know the Monsell hotel is situated close to beach and town centre of Skegness and is a purpose built hotel with excellent wi-fi and facilities, we hope to see you again soon.

On arrival Aubrey and dee were very welcoming told us exactly what we needed to know about entering and exiting the building. Welcomed us with warmth and banter! (Gotta love a bit of banter) then left us to enjoy our room which was SPOTLESS and had everything needed :). Can't fault anything about this place will definitely be returning whenever we get chance. Thank you for being so hospitable and friendly look forward to seeing you in the future.

Basic room .

The hotel is very basic, room clean and functional. Nice reception upon arrival. 10 minutes walk from the attractions with was perfect as it's just far enough to be peaceful in evening so as to get a good night's sleep. No breakfast supplied but there are plenty of places that offer great value breakfasts.
