Place is clean, people there are nice. It's the usual generic. Advice, take the bus from Terminal 5 LHR versus the Hopper (4pounds v 8) Stops at the very front of the hotel and quicker than the Hopper (about 11 mins) as the Hopper stops at the Hilton, and you just pay with a credit card on entry.

The room rate with free breakfast was great! It was a good deal. The staff are friendly. Hotel and room were clean. Getting in/out of Basement parking went well.

Room noises first room had a fan constant noise changed rooms then had a room with gurgling noises from the toilet throughout the night. Only 1 pillow each. Otherwise was an ok stay for the price you pay.

Despite my booking including breakfast, the hotel charged me again for the children stating only adult breakfasts are included with Expedia. Thankfully Expedia eventually got me this refunded but it took some arguing with the hotel (Expedia customer service was great). The room was cool and blowing cold air from the air con which couldn't be adjusted. The room looked really nice but there was hair in my bed which was a bit yeuch. Breakfast was fair but the bacon was dry and tough, still we made sure we got our money's worth as I hadn't got my refund at that point!!

It has been mentioned before in reviews and I can confirm the hotel room we stayed in was a little on the cold side and no amount of messing with the thermostat seemed to help. That being said, on bringing this to the attention of staff they promptly provided us with a couple of portable radiators and it warmed up nicely. The hotel its self is in a great area for LHR - terminal 5 specifically - with a bus stop right outside which is serviced frequently and costs as little as £1.50 per person to get you to the airport. Food options very limited in the hotel but there are a couple of options within a 2 minute walk. For the price, it’s great preflight option.
