I generally had a good stay. The day of checkout, I slipped in the shower because it was slippery. I was able to stand and walk on the ankle. I began to drive home to New Jersey and needed to fill up on gas and could not apply pressure to my ankle.

I highly recommend the Tru in Smithfield

The room was clean and comfortable. I had a minor issue with the television (a partially broken network cable) which I easily corrected. The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only negative point is really just my opinion: the breakfast didn't have any real variety; however, I came to sleep, not eat!

Handicap parking is too far from the entry way. Hilton members shouldnt have priority over a handicap person. My mother is 93 and partially blind. Toilet is way to low for a 5 7 person. The shower some container was not secure and fell off wall. .very dangerous for my 93 mother

Clean property. Decent breakfast. Good service. Good price. Overall give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The water pressure in the shower could be better, but sufficient. The small refrigerator in the room should be colder, but barely sufficient enough.
