The room was very nice very clean. It was great to be in walking distance to the shops and restaurants, and also excellent location to visit the waterfront. The hot tub was incredible for a relaxing after dinner evening. The shower was phenomenal. Loved everything about this beautiful spot

We were in Brockville overnight because we had an early morning meeting. We usually stay out on the highway, but 48 West King came up in my search. We know Brockville very well and I was excited to see a new hotel downtown. We were not disappointed! 48 West King is fabulous! We had the Holt Suite and it was excellent and perfectly appointed. The kitchenette has everything you need including a Le Creuset French press coffee maker. The local brewery, 1000 Islands Brewery which is a 2 minute walk, even put a free beer in the fridge. The bathroom area is large and open with a great shower. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with extra soft European duvet cover. But the main focus of the room was the large (large!) copper tub in the corner. My wife loved it - twice! The only small issue was the sticky front door but I'm sure that they will have this fixed up soon. We will be back to 48 West King the next time we are in Brockville for sure.

Chambre extraordinaire, spacieuse, neuve, très bien aménagée. Même chose pour l'ensemble du bâtiment, d'ailleurs. On entre avec un code à la porte communiqué d'avance, tout s'est passé comme un charme. Bien situé au centre-ville, avec des restaurants tout près. Stationnement facile et gratuit. Seul problème : l'isolation acoustique est nulle : on a l'impression que les fenêtres sont toujours ouvertes (et la rue est bruyante). Toutes les deux minutes, jour et nuit, on entend clairement le bip-bip du feu de piéton au coin de la rue! Mais c'est le seul bémol. Pour le reste, c'est un lieu d'hébergement impresionnant.

I love this place. One of my favourites. Great decor, high end finishes and handy location in town. Not a criticism because I love it there but it would be helpful to have some sort of well laid out workspace since I do end up working in the room often.

Had issues with door code and when I called the number provided there was no one to respond. Some of the large soap containers ie shower gel were empty. The suite that we stayed in was “The Wall”. Shower stall leaked. The bunk bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise nice venue. Not really suitable for seniors.

This boutique hotel is amazing. The room was beautiful and roomy. But the noise from traffic as it in located on highway 2, and especially the loud people on the street that seemed to congregate below our windows, prevented be to sleep until 2:30 am. Otherwise the stay would have been so good.

Nice to park The neighborhood looked quiet and safe The main entrance of the hotel didn't work, but the back door of the parking lot was activated and the elevator was fun. The room was pretty and everything was comfortable and nice

Wonderful experience for an overnight stay in Brockville. Location was excellent, spacious parking and tastefully decorated interior with modern amenities. Right by King street so it did get a bit noisy at night but otherwise would definitely recommend.

A beautiful property done to a very high spec. We were wowed by the layout and by everything on offer - cooking facilities, freestanding bath, office nooks. The children loved the bunkbed feature, and were impressed to see the original bank door in the hallway. We were left a few gifts and a pack of guides for Brockville. Easy to find, perfect space for parking and a great location to explore Brockville and surrounding areas. We enjoyed the 1000 Islands Brewery and the Aquatarium, which were within a 5 minute walk. Another great see would be the original railway tunnel but we were visiting out of season.
