We had a great time spending three days MorningStar! The view from the deck is unparalleled and very relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub every day, while looking at the view. Miss Priss the cabin kitty visited us several times a day for pets and we loved her! I didn't miss not having cable or Internet and enjoyed movie DVDs every night. A great selection of DVDs is provided and we also brought a few to choose from. All kitchen amenities you would need are provided. We did need paper towels, but had bought some on the way. You might want to bring a bic lighter for the outside charcoal grill just in case. Make sure to get groceries before arriving, as a full grocery store is not close. Hochatown is about 35 minutes away and we spent several hours there hitting the gift shops and eating at Hochatown saloon. We also walked down to the creek to go fishing and caught a bass! If it's been a while since you've done uphill walking, just a note that you may find the walk back up from the creek challenging. However, if you're a regular walker/hiker, it shouldn't be an issue and you'll find it relatively easy. It is a well cleared path, but in certain area you will need to navigate some rocks. The inside of the cabin is decorated beautifully and the walls with a mixture of wood and brick are very cool. There are a lot of homey, cute touches all around the cabin! (a note for those of you that a snoring partner, the bedroom does not have a door) A great stay, highly recommend!

This cabin was awesome! Exactly as advertised & just what we needed. It is definitely remote & quiet with great views. The host is very accommodating & friendly. If you are looking for a quiet & beautiful place to escape you should book this. You won’t regret it!

A very nice place for a quiet and relaxing weekend or longer stay. The cabin is secluded but you can make it down to Hochatown in 30 to 40 minutes, if you feel the need to. We brought our own food so didn't leave once we arrived. Cabin is exactly as described. The drive on the dirt road takes some time and you may feel you have gone past the cabin turn off. Just keep going on the main road and following directions till you see the cabin signs on the right. We plan to go back next year.

Quick getaway

We enjoyed our stayed. Just what we needed for a quick getaway. Peaceful, quiet with a beautiful view. Great for watching the sunrise and a quick drive out of the driveway to see the night sky full of stars!Just a couple of things to keep in mind:1) you are 10 mins from the main highway2) Dale's Propane is now McCurtain Propane

Wonderful House, Beautiful View

The stay was wonderful. The only downside was that we thought based on the pictures that the bed was in a separate bedroom. Like most cabins in the area, it has high windows with no blinds that let in a lot of light in the morning. We will be investing in a bed tent for all future Broken Bow stays. The thing that sold us on the stay was the view and that did not disappoint. We had no issues with cellular service and were able to use our hotspots for the few things we would have needed WIFI for.There was a pretty easy walk to a creek, and swimming in it was very pleasant. I would suggest some water shoes. That would have made the experience better for us.I would be surprised if we didn't return to this property at some point (if not every year).

Beautiful cabin!!!

We stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon. The drive up the cabin was very easy and directions were good. I’d highly recommend arriving before nightfall. Code for door worked as it was supposed to. When we walked in we were amazed!! Such a beautiful cabin and the living room view and back deck view is absolutely stunning! Miss Priss greeted us the night we arrived and fed her. She was even coming up to us and loving on us. She must have known we were animal lovers. We do wish there was WiFi but we were prepared with our AT&T WiFi box for travel. We loved it so much that we really only left to get to get groceries. Hot tub was so relaxing and clean. I could smell the chlorine. Kitchen had all the necessities but I’d recommend bringing some paper plates and cups. Thank you for letting us stay! We will definitely be back!! I’m already looking at Fall!!

Did not want to leave!

My husband and I vacationed here for our 10yr Wedding Anniversary. We absolutely loved it! We were only able to get away for a 4 day/3 night stay and by the last night we were sad to be leaving so soon and had decided immediately we would return and possibly make this very cabin a yearly retreat. The cabin was very clean and had an open layout with incredible views all the way around! The big walk in shower was decorated with river rock and featured full body sprayers. The couch was so comfy we fell asleep on it twice while cuddling up with movies and again, that view! The swing chair was a nice touch, very comfy as well. I highly enjoyed spending time cooking together in the kitchen, which featured views of the woods and road leading in- a dream feature I'd love to have in my own home someday. It was honestly one of the funnest nights! I can't say enough how much we enjoyed the hot tub and again the view! The rocking chairs, hot tub, and deck overall was amazing, we sat outside and enjoyed many relaxing hours and the hammock was just divine! We hiked down to the creek below our first morning there and about died lol but it was worth it to see how beautiful and clear the creek was. I don't know if we'd do the hike again in the future but I'm glad we did it. Check in and out was a breeze. There is no wifi but it did not diminish the stay one bit! They had a DVD player and a great selection of DVDs available and we had great cell service so we never felt cut off. Can't wait to

Perfect Couples Getaway

The seclusion was absolutely incredible. Gorgeous views and very relaxing environment.Walking trail was a nice treat. Quiet solitude perfect for couples reconnecting. Ms. Priss was a welcome bonus. We were glad to have made her acquaintance and had the chance to pet her. The hot tub was amazing and the views were to die for. The cabin was emaculately clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

Wonderful cabin

Very secluded, follow the instructions to the letter. Other wise if your like us and arrive late at night. You will get abit lost. But it was very clean, nice, cozy, quiet, nature. Wondeful cat named miss priss is your host. Hot tub was great. Scenery was awesome and very beautiful sunsets. Shower was nice. Now I want one at home. If its you and your signifcant other you cant go wrong.

We had a 2 night stay at this beautiful cabin with a gorgeous scene. The sound of the water, the view, the birds chirping. It was relaxing! The trail to the river was a cleared path which was nice. We want to come back again for another stay.
