This vibrant and beachy two-bedroom oceanfront condo in the much coveted resort of Villa Capriani on North Topsail beach offers a comfy living area, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a balcony from which you can admire a truly beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean.

A step through the glass french doors to the balcony off the living area will offer you a view of the spectacular condo amenities and sparkling ocean just beyond.

If serenity is what you seek, sit on the furniture on your private balcony to watch the sun rise. You may also walk out to the beach with your morning coffee to see the day begin if you wish. With a close look, you will see dolphins peacefully swimming by.

Prepare a meal at the shared grill picnic area or in your well-equipped kitchen. After your meal, walk to the pool area and enjoy a dip in the water, warm yourself in one of the hot tubs, or relax with your favorite novel on one of the many lounge chairs that surround the pools. Return home where comfort abounds. Gather in the living room for board games or a movie. Then, retire for a restful night's sleep in the beautifully outfitted bedrooms.

Great weather. The children loved the pool on days when the ocean was too rough. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and plenty of storage. The elevator was essential and appreciated. We loved the time to be together. Thanks

Beautiful and Relaxing!

Gorgeous 3rd floor property with amazing views. Plenty of towels, linens, etc. A little early in the season to do too much swimming, but noticed the unit supplies beach chairs, toys, etc in one of the closets, which was a nice touch! Plenty of kitchen accessories, including a coffee maker- but no coffee supplied(!). Other then that one small detail- everything was simply perfect! We love Villa Capriani and can’t wait to go back!

Topsail Villa August

Spectacular view spacious and clean. A/C cold and water pressure good and hot. A lot of pool toys towels and beach chairs. Too windy for umbrellas . All the kitchen floor tiles cracked. Not enough parking near building must park across a busy road. Cannot access pool unless you walk all the way around building No access to pool deck through the restaurant and the pool is where everyone wants to be with easy access to their rooms. Town is non-commercialized with limited restaurants and activities. Would stay at Villa again. Very relaxing!

Great Beach Getaway!

Excellent location and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by live music in the courtyard one night, and we had the best balcony seats! Enjoyed a couple of good meals in the restaurant. Love soaking in the pools and hot tub. Beach access was easy. We will stay here again!

Condo was great, beautiful location. Has everything you need.Vacasa not so much, sent wrong door code twice couldnt get into house. Blood on bathroom wall, not enough towels provided for all guests.
