The interior is bright and spacious, with an open-concept design that is perfect for entertaining guests or just relaxing with family. And nothing beats the sound of the waves crashing just outside your door.
The home features two master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are also well-appointed, offering plenty of space and natural light. There are multiple balconies, offering stunning views of the surrounding coastal landscape. There are also two separate family rooms, each with its own unique character, perfect for movie nights or board game days after a day in the sun.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with modern appliances, beautiful cabinetry, and sleek countertops. A large island provides ample space for meal preparation, and the adjacent dining area is perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests. The multiple oceanfront decks provide the perfect setting for a relaxing meal with family and friends while watching the dolphins play.

Pool Access:
Guests have access to the Ocean Ridge Village community pool. The swimming pool is typically available between April–October (subject to HOA schedules). This is an easy walk along the beach and a few parking spaces are available.
Beach Towels:
Beach towels are provided for your use. We request that guests launder, fold and store any that are used. These are not part of your cleaning fees.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to the reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing under 50 lbs.

A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking. Minimum Age: 25
