From the moment you reach the top of the stairs and catch your first glimpse of the 180-degree ocean view, you’ll know you’ve found something special. With private beach access, a spacious and well-appointed layout, and features like a coffee bar, wine fridge, sound system, and EV charger, Turtle’s Pace offers a blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience.

We provide thoughtful “starter” supplies to kick off your stay:

• Dish towel, washcloth, and new kitchen scrubber
• Dish soap and dishwasher tabs
• Powdered laundry detergent
• Bar soap (per bathroom)
• Ziplock bags, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels
• CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams
• Noise machines available upon request (first come, first serve)

Booking Info:
• $1,000 security deposit
• Signed renter agreement required via OwnerRez
• Renter must be 25+, provide valid ID, and use a credit card matching the name on ID
